Orders ship within 2-3 business days, please remember that each item is handmade to your specifications and must be made on demand, however we work hard to get your order to you promptly as we know that you are excited!
Shipping starts at just $4.50, and we offer free shipping on orders over $35!
- We offer the choice of USPS Standard Shipping or USPS Priority shipping
- USPS Standard shipping is estimated to be 3-5 business days
- USPS Priority Shipping is estimated to be 1-3 Business days
- All USPS shipping speeds are estimates and it's always possible a package may get delayed in transit and take longer than expected.
We are happy to ship directly to your recipient, simply input their address upon checkout and mark your purchase as a gift so that we can omit the packing slip.
We ship via USPS to be able to offer the most cost effective shipping. You will receive tracking information to your email as soon as your order ships.
Due to the custom nature of our announcements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
Our items are packaged very securely and it is very rare that an item arrives damaged. But if your order ever does have any damage or issues, please reach out to us immediately with photos of the issue and we will work with you to find the best possible solution for you and your situation.
