What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer the choice of USPS Standard Shipping or USPS Priority shipping

USPS Standard Ground Shipping is ESTIMATED to be 4-8 BUSINESS days

USPS Priority Shipping is ESTIMATED to be 1-3 Business days

All USPS shipping speeds are ESTIMATES and it's always possible a package may get delayed in transit and take longer than expected.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to the US.


Can I have my order shipped directly to someone else?

Yes! We are happy to ship directly to your recipients for you, simply enter their Shipping information at checkout

Be sure to check the box at checkout indicating that your order is being set as a gift so that we remove all packing slips and telling information!

Be sure to include a gift note at checkout and sign your name so that the recipient knows who sent them the gift!

What is your return policy?

Since all items are made to order, we can not accept returns once an order has shipped

Can I exchange my order for something else?

If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us right away and we can try and make the changes to your order before it ships. Unfortunately once your order ships we can no longer make changes or exchange any items. 

My order arrived damaged or incorrect

Our items are packaged very securely and it is very rare that an item arrives damaged. But if your order ever does have any damage or issues, please reach out to us immediately with photos of the issue and we will work with you to find the best possible solution for you and your situation. 

My order did not arrive in time by when I needed it.

If you need your order by a specific date, please be sure to check our production time, and shipping times, and also order early enough in case there are any post office delays.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about post office shipping times and we do not offer refunds or returns on items that arrive later than expected since all given time frames are estimates and not guaranteed.

Can I cancel my order?

We are more than happy to cancel and fully refund your order as long as your order has not been completed yet. Please feel free to contact us with your order number and we will help you in any way we can.

Can I change or edit my order?

If you would like to make a change to your order please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and your requested changes. We will do everything we can to accommodate your requests as long as the order has not already been completed.

Some requests may require us to cancel your order and have you place a new order.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to change the shipping address for your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will try and accommodate your request as long as the order has not already shipped

What are the eggs made of?

Believe it or not, our crackable egg cards are made from real unfertilized quail eggs!

Each egg has been emptied and thoroughly sanitized through a small hole in the bottom of the egg

Are the eggs ethically sourced?

We source our eggs from local, small scale quail farmer in order to support our local community.

Our eggs are food-grade eggs and the insides have been removed in a delicate process that allows us to keep the shells from going to waste and make them into our beautiful product instead!

Will the egg go bad or expire?

No. The eggs have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized so that only the shell remains. The shell will not go bad or expire.

How big are the quail eggs?

Quail eggs are adorably small and are about 1/4th the size of a standard chicken egg.

Each egg is approximately 1.5 inches long

How big is the gift box?

Kraft brown boxes are approximately 2"x2"x2"

Round boxes are approximately  2.5"x2.5"

How big is the note?

The note inside the egg is approximately 1"x3" but may be slightly longer for custom notes.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has been filled you will receive an email containing a tracking number for your order. You can use this tracking number to check the status and location of your order.

My tracking shows delivered but I never recieved my order?

Sometimes the USPS will mark a package as delivered before they actually deliver the item. In most cases, the item gets delivered within the next 24- 48 hours

Contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number and they will be able to provide you with the exact GPS location that your order was delivered, this will show if your order was delivered to the wrong address, or if the post office marked the item as delivered preemptively

My tracking number says lost in transit.

When a package gets lost in the mail the USPS marks the item as "Lost in Transit". Please contact us with your order number and we can help replace the item or issue a refund.

Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?

Yes! Bulk orders start at 15 items or more and the discount gets better the higher you go.

Do you offer wholesales deals to sellers?

Yes! If you would like to sell our product in your store please contact us to discuss our resale contract and wholesale pricing deals.

Resale of our product without a contract is strictly forbidden and illegal
